    Join Free State Brewing Company and Hank Charcuterie in celebrating Kansas Craft Beer Week with an evening of small bites, big flavors and delicious beer. Think of it as one part beer dinner, one part beer festival and one part “cocktail party”. Vaughn Good has put together a fantastic menu of small bites to pair with Free State favorites and rarities. Free State Brewer Steve Bradt will be on hand to help guide you through the pairings. It’s an intimate format limited to 45 people.

    Smoked pork belly sandwich, burnt orange and honey marmalade, pistachio butter

    Country ham & compressed melon salad, guava gel, Goddard farm goat cheese
